Importance of Multiparametric Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Prostate Cancer Diagnosis and Local Invasion Assessment

Amaç: Prostat kanseri (PCa) tan?s? ve kanser d??? prostat hastal?klar?ndan (KDPH) ay?r?m?nda multiparametrik manyetik rezonans görüntülemenin (mpMRG) önemi de?erlendirilmi?tir. 
 Materyal Metod: Aral?k 2017 ile Ocak 2020 tarihleri aras?nda, ön mpMRG yap?lan 99 hastan?n görüntüleri retrospektif olarak de?erlendirildi. Standart MpMRG çekim protokolü T2A TSE (aksiyel-koronal-sagital), T1A (axial-koronal-sagital), difüzyon a??rl?kl? görüntüleme (DAG) dinamik kontrastl? inceleme (DK?) sekanslar?ndan olu?tu. Lezyonlar?n lokasyonu, morfolojisi, ekstraprostatik yay?l?m? (EPY), sinyal intensite (T2SI) de?erleri, k?s?tl?l???, kontrastlanma e?ri paternleri, maksimum de?eri (Cmax), kontrastlanmaya ula?mas? için geçen süre (akselerasyon zaman: AZ) Bulgular aras?ndaki ili?ki SPSS 20.0 program? de?erlendirildi.
